Direct Deposit is a convenient method to automatically deposit all of your net earnings into the financial institution of your choice. Once you enroll, all your payments, including supplemental payments such as overtime, awards/bonuses, etc., are transferred to your financial institution.

Employees who wish to enroll must complete a Direct Deposit Enrollment Authorization Std. 699. You can obtain one of these forms from your Personnel/Payroll Office or print a Standard Form 699 from the Department of General Services website.

Upon completion, return the form to your Personnel / Payroll Office for processing. Once this form is received by our office, we will notify your financial institution. This 'Pre-notification' allows them to verify your account and routing numbers for future disposition of funds.
